



The Queenwood EDMs were created in Campaign Monitor and all graphics and copy created in-house. Initially campaigns were monitored carefully for user readership and to garner the most suitable times of the day to send in order to gain the highest click through rate. It was through this research that we were able to determine the times, devices used and locations in which each of our members read the content. A strategy was then put in place to regulate the amount of content that was delivered through EDM to parents and School Alumni. Monitoring the EDM analytics and Google analytics of the hyperlinks to the Queenwood website, helped create dynamic content that was delivered at the best times for greater readability.
