Brief: Create a parent go to handbook that is a current source of information for parents and students new to Queenwood, which is easy to update from year to year.
Solution: Consolidate a range of forms and parent information from a range of different sources into a folder and slip in spiral book. The folder contains a pocket on the inside front to hold forms that need to filled out and sent back to the School. There is also a space for a business card and sticky dot for a DVD.
I created a tabs to define the different sections of information so that parents can use this a quick guide. Binding using a spiral was necessary to ensure cost effective print as the folders and tabs were printed in bulk and the inside pages are printed digitally year to year.
